Over the last summer my bro P.Scatt and I got into this workout program called Insanity, which is made by the same company that makes P90X (Beach Body). Well after doing both Insanity, and P90X I find myself looking for the next big thing. This led me to this new work out called Asylum, which combines Insanity and P90X into 1 super work out. Now I know theres a shit load of snow on the ground, but on the horizon is beach season. So when I take my talents down to the Jersey Shore this summer to hit the beach scene, ill be bring that beach body.
